The on-site maintenance team is exceptional and more, addressing any issues with lightning speed, whether it's a burnt-out light bulb or other very minor concerns. "I literally just signed another lease for Waterford Place. This apartment complex is the best place I've lived outside my mother's house. Every month there is a party/gathering organized by the Management Team, and today we had a Taco truck with FREE MARGARITAS!!! Since we've been living here there has been constant upgrades within our living area (New Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, floor, and lights on the way). The hallways are cleaned once a week, the grass is cut every other day, you receive emails about activities going on in the neighborhood. They really make you feel that everyone is family. The maintenance staff are fast reactors and efficient workers.Very friendly and very kind. By far the best Overall Team I've seen at an apartment complex."

"The WORST place I have ever lived. The day I moved in my unit smelled like cat pee, and I have been complaining to management weekly about this. Every time I talk to them, they say it will be taken care of, but here we are a month later. The kids living here are screaming and stomping around all hours of the night, so don’t expect to ever get the chance to relax in your own home. This place is a joke for the price they are charging."
