"If I could give this zero stars I would. The place is run down, old, smells like weed even though they say it isn't allowed, and maintenance does the bare minimum. There were repeated issues of thefts and teenagers setting off fire extinguishers and having everyone evacuated, but it was when I was moving out and my stuff got stolen that was the last straw. Said maintenance had nothing to do with it even though the doors were locked and refused to look into further even though they have a camera pointed straight at the building. Should have listened when my friend told me the locals call it 'Chapelhood'."
