"Income based. Apartments are over priced when compared to other apartment communities with pools, jogging tracks, weight, rooms, etc. It is one of the better maintained section 8 housing projects. At over 1000.00 dollars a month it should be.Well over a dollar a square foot per month .The management averages being in your apartment about seven times a year. Not counting maintenance orders.Management does keep up . They went down a star because of out of pocket medical, lets see how re-certification goes.It is what it is. This is a good place to live if you have no income."
"It is the responsibility of Loveland Pines management to keep up to date on your online presence. You are listed online as an apartment complex, but after speaking with a representative named Laura you are 2 bedroom townhomes only. Townhomes are not apartments. In addition, Loveland Pines as I was told does not accept applications for potential tenants right off the bat. You only place new tenants strictly off of a years long waitlist. These two things are very important to know for people looking for a place to live, so they are not wasting their time calling. I'll post this info in a review because I know this won't be on their website any time soon."
"One of the best apartments I have ever lived in! They are very professional, caring, kind and affordable! They have 2 bedroom Townhouses that are very nice and have updated appliances. Maintenance is great and always takes care of things. Management is wonderful and friendly! This place feels like home."
"New here and absolutely love it. The manager couldn't be any kinder!! Maintenance man is very nice and extremely professional!! I would highly recommend Loveland Pines as a wonderful and very safe community."
