The women in the office do amazing and the maintenance team here is very kind. The team does a really good job making us feel like home here! When our cat got out of the apartment it was all hands on deck to help us get him home :)"

"Love Love LOVE Steeplechase Apartments! Alison and Jessica at the main office are fantastic! From the application process, to moving in, to now being a resident, they both have been so attentive and courteous that their behavior alone is worth the 5 star review. Alas, I will continue. Steeplechase is dog friendly with walking paths with multiple doggie trash bag stations, along with a dog park that my golden retriever loves! Awesome pool and gym area, family friendly, safe, quiet and well maintained lawn care! Great place to live!"

"Our family just moved here and we absolutely love it SO MUCH! We’d give 100 stars if we could. Jessica and Allison are super sweet, caring and so helpful! The maintenance team is super helpful and reliable! The staff here will help you with any and everything you may need! They put so much thought into the community and the residents here. This place is so beautiful, we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!"

"In the beginning I would have given a 1 star rating because when I first moved in April, 2022 It was under a different Property Manager (Nicole) and another individual. I was told I was getting new appliances, new carpet in my apartment. It was filthy, not even clean. Stains on the carpet, places not painted, wood trims missing and other issues. I did not get new carpet!! Now at the end of my lease, there is a new Property Manager, Jessica, as well as Allison in the office. Jessica and her team, truly do care about the residents and the property. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would stay knowing I would have been taken care of much better!! I've noticed major changes in the last months before I moved out because of Jessica. She was very apologetic for what I was mislead in the beginning... The months Jessica and Allison (team) have been there, they both have been phenomenal and truly care; most definitely keeps her word on making the property beautiful and residents feel at home! I would rate them 5 stars too...☆☆☆☆☆! Thank you so much Jessica and Allison!!"

"My wife and I have lived here with a friend of ours for last few years. The office and maintenance staff are all easy going and helpful. The maintenance is pretty quick as well; within a day. The property is clean and landscape is kept up. The pool needs some work and probably a new pump. There's typically a lot of bugs and stuff on top of the water; so you can tell the skimmer isn't working. Dog poop it a huge problem as well. They could add more poop stations; but the neighbors could also be better at picking it up. The two buildings up at the front have more stations and I notice a bigger difference in there walk ways and lawns. The neighbors are for the most part nice, polite, and courteous. The patios are all fairly clean and kept up. Our move in was easy and quick; they cleaned our carpets after we renewed our lease. You can't have Spectrum TV service; only Cincinnati Bell or Direct TV. Parking is a pain too; pay for a carport or garage if you want to always park close. They have parties at the office during holidays; our work schedule doesn't let us attend though. Over all has been and continues to be a nice place to live. Make some more attention to the pool and poop and it becomes a 5-Star Rated place to live!!"
