"Unethical in their business practices and management. Please have an in person walk through when you leave and take pictures of everything! I was accused of destroying cheap blinds and taking the oversized screen door to patio; both lies. I moved to an upscale location, which already had a screen door lol. Also, I’m not an animal, I take pride in where I live, the blinds were never damaged and I left the place cleaner than when I moved it. Renters beware...not kidding."
"This apartment complex was perfect for what it was. For the area that it's in, the pricing was relatively good, although not cheap. The buildings and lots were well maintained. The two times during my year there that I needed maintenance, they were there and the problem resolved within 24hrs (neither was an emergency). Management answered any questions. I left after a year to move closer to a new workplace and get a bigger apartment than Carriage Square offered; they didn't come after me for some false charges like some places do, just took a little out of my security deposit for standard cleaning and replacing items I knew they'd need to replace, and sent the rest back promptly. All in all, happy renter."
