"We lived at One Deerfield while our new patio home was built. The people that work there are all the best! Super friendly and immediately responsive and helpful! The location is very walkable, as well as accessible to major highways by car. The pool and clubhouse are awesome, and the fitness center is as good as they get. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and there is a good sense of community there. We really loved our time there, and would highly recommend One Deerfield to others wanting a fun and very comfortable place to live!"

"Short story: Amazing management, beautiful amenities, and just overall an amazing place to live. 5 stars doesn’t even do this community justice. 10/10 in my opinion. Long story: I was apartment hunting on a holiday weekend and they were closed. Luckily, I had Mary who splits her time between the Grandstone ( their sister location) to One Deerfield. She took me over and showed me One Deerfield and they apartment model. They only had one apartment in the style I was looking for available and so I decided to sign for it without seeing the actual apartment. Trusting Mary and One Deerfield was the best decision I have ever made. The unit I’m in is remarkable and exactly what I was looking for. Brittani and Mary made sure that my move in process was as smooth as possible and helped take away any anxieties that I had about my first apartment. Erin has been fantastic as well in helping me get situated and answering all my questions I ever had. The maintenance team is phenomenal especially Jimmy. They take great pride in their work, are very knowledgeable about the grounds and units, and there is not a wait to putting in a request they get to it the day of or the very next day. They want to keep everything in excellent condition here. Another one of my favorite things is that one deerfield is a community. You get to know your neighbors as much as you would like to, they have socialization events, and the team knows everyone so they are always very welcoming and remember conversations that you had in the past with them. Overall it’s a very welcoming experience. It is really quiet as well so if you work nights like me, it’s perfect. I had seen a comment posted about racism on here and would like to touch on that I am not white and have never experienced racism here. I signed my lease due to the diversity here and how personable Mary was. Unfortunately, it’s sad they felt that way because this place is a melting pot and everyone here is very welcoming and accepting. I couldn’t be more grateful to be apart of the One Deerfield Community :)"

"We have lived here for 2 years. The location is top notch. Close to shops, restaurants, daycares, parks, highways, etc. You can easily walk many of these places. The maintenance team is absolutely fantastic and extremely appreciated. The girls in the office are sweet, friendly, and helpful. They do not have a constant revolving door of employees, which I think speaks volumes. Everyone is prompt and friendly. They have community events like trivia and wine nights. If you live here and have a dog, you will meet a ton of people and make friends. Pretty much everyone that lives here is SO friendly and neighborly. I have made actual friends with several of my neighbors. We enjoy the interior design and architecture of the units; it is up-to-date and very on par with our style. The outdoor area is really well done and one of our favorite amenities; multiple high-end grills, abundant eating and lounging space, fire pit, games, and a pool that we love to spend time at. Cons: the pool is not heated and some of the features in the apartment are more basic, such as appliances and showers, but still a step above most cheaper/lower-grade apartments. Overall, we really enjoy living here and are happy with our choice of residence. We would recommend One Deerfield to anyone looking for a nice apartment with great staff and location."
