"Customer service is very good, the rooms are clean and big for hotel room, basically like a studio apartment without the kitchen. Affordable weekly rates. There are plenty of gas stations, restaurants and shopping centers all across the street. I’m enjoying my stay. Highly recommend"

"Update- After having stayed here a few times I noticed that we were always treated rudely. Today took it to a whole new level. It started when I asked for a late checkout. They said noon and thanked them. I have bad knees and a bad back so it takes me longer sometimes because I have to stop a lot. I was in a lot of pain today and that is why I had asked for the late checkout. By 12:10 I was out of the room and organizing my car to leave. When I stopped by the front desk to give the keys, check out, and get my deposit back which is called a "breakage fee" they told me, very rudely that I had lost my deposit for being 10 minutes late. I protested and he got his boss who was rude and mean. He told me that I could have my deposit back but then I would not be allowed to stay anymore. So if you want a cheap hotel where everything is falling apart and you do not mind being treated poorly and risking your deposit then stay otherwise find someplace else."

"For a Super 8 this hotel was great. I highly recommend staying here. Michelle did our check in she is warm and personal. Max did our check out. My update is simply this, it has been 2 weeks now since we stayed at this Super 8, and our visit is still fresh in our minds, I can't wait to return, truly the staff were warm and inviting. To the staff directly, we will be seeing you again!"

"So, with the prices of everything going up, my wife decided to book us here as a "cheaper" option. This was a mistake that will not happen again. The location itself isn't the greatest, but I've seen worse, so that was not a big deal. Upon entering the hotel lobby, you see just how outdated everything is. We got our key cards to our room, and once we entered our room, a strong smell of smoke was immediately noticeable. My brother in law and his family were in the room next to ours, and it was the exact same thing. All you could smell was smoke. The bathroom was pretty small with the sink outside of the bathroom, and the tub looked as if it hadn't been cleaned all week. The beds were very uncomfortable and felt dirty as if there was a residue on the linen. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel all together unless you prefer sub par accommodations. Also, there's a $50 charge for eating in the rooms. Something as asinine as that should drive people away from this unkempt location."

"Perfect location for Kings Island!! The hotel itself is outdated. But i loved being able to walk out my room door straight to the car! It made getting things into to room much easier. The pool is open until midnight... this was also a huge plus!! I never once seen or heard any ruckus, however i do believe that the hotel has some illegal activities going on after midnight. We also smelled weed while walking past guest doors. Beds were hard as a rock but no bugs!! Breakfast was very overwhelming for me. So many rooms and everyone crams into the lobby. And they shut everything down at 930am.... no exceptions. Even if your still waiting in line to make yoir food. I recommend staying here especially if your visiting Kings Island!! Bring your own microwave breakfast!!"
