"For the price of this hotel you can't beat it. The rooms are clean and Updated. They have an indoor pool, but i haven't been in it. They are right by Lots of food and kings Island. Staff were pleasant enough. I'd prefer staying here vs any of the other hotels in the area that cost around the same amount. It's def probably in the safest area compared to other hotels that cost around the same amount in nearby cities."

"The rooms were okay, just on the older side. The corridors and stairs were discusting. There were stink bugs in the stairwell. Breakfast options were not good and there was a sign that you will be fined $50 for bringing food to your room. The staff was nice and the place had sprinklers. So there was some positive."

"The rooms are not very open and very tight to get around. Beds take up most of the room. They are comfortable with soft sheets and blankets. The room was clean and taken care of. The bathroom is very small and the tub does not have a plug other than that everything runs well and is taken care of. We got by with a washcloth. The breakfast should not be called a full breakfast. Cereal, toast, tinny muffins, apples that had no flavor, watered-down juice. Coffee if that can be called coffee. There was biscuits and gravy but it was so bad I had to spit out my bite. I have done that maybe 3 times in my 41 years(minus we I was an infant) of life. The highlight was the toast. There is a sign that says if you take your food back to your room you will be charged $50. Checking was very robotic, the person who seemed like the owner/management was rude. The staff that was around cleaning rooms and such were delightful. They were kind, accommodating, and helpful while also being quiet and respectful of everyone including my kids. The pool was fairly big and clean. They offer pool towels at the front desk. We will stay again with the biggest complaint being the breakfast."

"Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Shower plunger didn't work properly. Rarely was anyone tending front desk. Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. Came in first night and our access card keys had been disabled. Another trip to the unattended front desk to fix that."

"Baymont by Wyndham was an overall pleasant stay. It was quiet, the staff was helpful and I was able to book the room online fairly quickly at a reasonable rate. The place was clean and kept up. The room was spacious with all the amenities, fridge, coffee pot, iron. The only issue I had I can't really call an issue because it is just based on personal opinion. I do not care much for elevator s to start with. This one seemed to make excessive movements and noise. It also seemed to take a long time going between floors. I was able to use the stairs just as quick, probably a little quicker than trying to ride the elevator. As I said that is just my opinion. I would definitely stay here again and recommend my friends and family to stay here."
