"Made online reservation but the staff was not there to give us our key. The lady on the ring doorbell was rude and asked for 250$ deposit per person on a 160 dollar hotel stay. Definitely don't recommend and will never return!!"
"Ashley the manager was rude and appeared to be on drugs. She was slurring her words and nodding in and out with a cigarette in her mouth. She cussed at me several times. I left and will never be returning to this property again. I will continue to tell everybody I know to never come here."
"It is not made clear that THIS IS AN EXTENDED STAY HOTEL! This means you must pay a $250 deposit for even the shortest stay. The hotel caters to extended stay guests, which means they do not have housekeeping services every day and that after-hours service does not exist (and normal-hours service is lousy as well). That will keep me from coming back here, which is too bad because I had no problem with the room."
"What a horrible experience and the staff was rude .I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. I am member for choice hotel so many years.before checked in but get them and they wanted $$250 deposit for daily stay And next you don’t see any body on the front desk to give you the deposit even the door close And if you charge on the credit card you 2 weeks to get it back Is horrible hotel I seen in my life"
