"Took 15 minutes to get checked in. Kept getting told they had computer issues. Elevator seems like it is about to die. Hot water handle on room sink was broken. Corner protectors fell off the wall as soon as the door closed. Outlet beside the bed wouldn't hold on to my charger plug. Breakfast was gross."

"Nice location. Somewhat worn down. The temperature in the pool could be higher. Our shower did not work properly and it took some time to get it fixed. It was kind of annoying, since I needed to freshen up before we checked out. Breakfast was OK."

"I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel. There was only a very thin blanket for the pull out couch, so I called the front desk for some blankets. When the attendant answered the phone, it sounded as though she had been sleeping. I asked her if we could get a couple of blankets and she rudely replied that she needed a moment. An hour and a half later, my niece went to the front desk and got blankets from someone different. Apparently her shift had ended and she didn't feel the need to accommodate guests or inform anyone. In the meantime, we tried to turn the heat up, but it just kept blowing cold air. When I went to make a cup of coffee the next morning, there was dried up pasta in the basket that held the cups. Disgusting!! I will not return and highly recommend that you go somewhere else."

"This hotel should be declared uninhabitable!!! I was to attend a 3 day festival. I had stayed at this hotel approximately 4 years ago and it was top notch! I checked into my room and immediately noticed my bathroom had not been cleaned. There was soap scum left in corner where you lay your bar of soap. This was on Thursday afternoon. At the time of checking on Thursday, I requested room service for Friday. On Friday a.m., absolutely zero hot water! I speculate the owners are so cheap that they turned off the hot water. The carpet in room was filthy! On Friday a.m. I stopped at front desk and re-emphasized I wanted my room cleaned and expected to be able to take a shower when I returned on Friday p.m. When I returned to my room on Friday night, sheets had not been changed, nor had my bed been made. The soap scum was still in the bathroom. I immediately went to the front desk. I advised everyone in the three generations of the family owners that I was not happy with the disgraceful decline of the condition of this hotel since they had become owners. I advised I would be checking out a day early on sat a.m. The filth of the room and terrible service was so bad that i cut my trip short and skipped the last day of my festival. The other issues of the hotel included a strong smell of pot, ice machine not working, breakfast not edible, and zero empathy for lack of service or condition of hotel. The owners are collecting hotel $$ from guests and are pocketing all funds without making any improvements or even doing basic cleaning for the guests. Please avoid this hotel!"

"Great location for proximity to the highway and Kings Island. Parking lot is small and easy to miss if you are not familiar with the area. Breakfast was standard for post-Covid hotel food. Front desk worker was friendly, room was clean, people above us must have had 5 children that they feed crazy pills because they were running around for hours stomping on our ceiling."
