"We enjoy living at Tuller Flats. We are close to Bridge Park and all it has to offer. Tuller Flats also offers activities throughout the year. The apartments are spacious and the outdoor areas are clean."

"We have lived here about 3 months and it has been a great place to live! Community is safe and in a great location. We had a couple minor work orders when we moved in and they were resolved within 24 hours. Apartments are quiet and people are extremely respectful. Communication from management is great and they are easy to work with. Best overall apartment experience I have ever had."

"Been here about 2 months and I love it so far! The application process was a bit longer than past apartments for me but since I’ve moved in there’s been no issues at all! This is perfect location. So safe and a great little community. The office is great and they host events every so often. Maintenance is so quick and helpful. Only complaint is I would love an option of one of the garages and not that they’re just automatically assigned to some apartments. I would love a garage but my apartment did not come with one so I for some reason can’t be assigned one even though I’m willing to pay for one. They won’t rearrange who gets garages ever."

"We have had no issues since moving into Tuller Flats in May. The grounds and apartments are great. They are very dog friendly and our dog loves going into the leasing office any chance he can. The reviews are true that the walls are pretty thin but that feels normal for apartment complexes. They have resident events often as well. You can't beat the location of Tuller Flats either. Just far away from Bridge Park that you don't get the noise but just close enough for a nice walk."

"Finishing up my year at Tuller Flats, I've been pleased with the management and the experience overall. During move in, the unit had some usual wear and tear from previous residents, but the management was quick to make any repairs as needed. The building is quiet, the management quick to respond to needed repairs, and the property has consistently stayed well cared for. I'm leaving due to buying a house out of state, but I would easily return here to live if needed."
