"Quite clean complex but the landlord Is racist and she doesn’t know how to conduct business properly! She’s takes about all her tenants to individuals you don’t even know Very unprofessional and rude! She doesn’t fix anything and makes tons of excuses to why she can’t fix issues! But wants to stay going up on rent! If you can avoid leasing here please rethink your decision!"

"I lived here for almost 5 years and the location and staff were great. Diane the manager, always looked out for the tenants, and always had her staff tended to my needs in a timely manner. I had a personal issue near the end of my occupancy and informed Diane and she was extremely helpful and insightful. Thanks Diane you did a great job!"

"We rented a 2 bdr at Covington Greens. When we left, the property manager - Debbie did not return our full security deposit and charged a large sum $700 for damages/paint, etc. When asked for proof, she sent us pictures from another apartment. When confronted to her that the pictures are not from our apartments, she stopped taking our calls and blocked my number and not responding to text messages either. Debbie was incredibly rude and hung up on us. We are moving to the small claims court as we are not getting any response from the property. This is a huge pain and I would recommend future renters to avoid this property. The property management is very bad and would make your stay a terrible experience."

"I lived here a little under 2 years and I never had any issues. The apartments are clean and the neighborhood is safe. I have ordered multiple packages and they always made it to my landlord. I noticed others complained the representative was rude, but I never had that experience. I would recommend to a friend and family."

"I have lived in Covington Green Apartments for a year now. They are very well maintained and I have never had a problem with anything breaking or needing fixed. Property manager has always been friendly and welcoming to my fiancé and I. Pros: Large apartments; great price; very safe; a lot of parking; dishwasher; can hang pictures on the walls; apartments hold air and heat very well (low electric bills); water and trash included; washer and dryer hookups; patio; outside storage; pool; workout area. Con: I can hear my upstairs neighbors, but that might be because they stomp around a lot. :)"
