"The Staff went above and beyond to help my trip to Findley, Ohio where our grandchildren live. They offered me use of a large room with chairs where all 9 of us could gather for pizza and game time. Also helped me with innumerable questions about nearby stores etc. Room was so nice. Price was terrific."

"Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The only good thing about the hotel are the front desk and maintenance workers. The housekeeping people only change the sheets, they do not clean ANYTHING and that is why there were insects in the rooms."
