"Slow shower drains, cracked sink, little things here and there that are beginning to show the age of the hotel. Breakfast was good and employees were great!"
"We especially loved waking up to brown paper bag "good luck" snacks for all of the wrestlers that had weigh ins that morning and weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast in the morning. The staff was so sweet for that! They even provided us with scissors when we needed them to adjust new headgear for a wrestler."
"While conveniently located, many rooms face the highway and are quite loud!! Reception was friendly enough, but slow check in, supposedly due to a "system update." Rooms are clean, but the desk and other furniture is showing signs of wear/age. There's also a funky smell in the halls. Less noticeable in the rooms, but not completely fresh either. Not the best Hampton Inn, but certainly better than many alternatives!"
"I would return. Clean rooms other than the baseboards in the bathroom definitely need cleaned. Breakfast had a good selection with the exception of the diced potatoes that weren't hot. There's an Outback right next door, which is handy."
"This hotel has what most hotels don’t. It has the basics that make guests feel comfortable. The little things one would expect all hotels to have but few do. Let’s start with Jerry Seinfeld’s famous line about TV remotes. “Guys don’t want to know what’s on TV. They want to know what else is on.” Most all hotels I’ve stayed at have remotes.Few have accurate easily accessible information about what’s on and what ELSE is on. See QR pattern attached that anyone’s phone can read about available channels. Spotlessly clean, freshly shampooed carpets, fresh, clean bathroom caulking and a bathroom exhaust fan a but a few of the things one finds here but rarely finds in other hotels. And don’t overlook the shower faucet that clearly indicates how to get hot and cold water. Many thanks to ownership and management. Please send me a list of other Hilton properties owned by these people so I know where to stay on future business trips in other cities. WELL DONE!!!!."
