"I asked for a quiet room on the back side and far back. Nope. Headed back to the lobby for a new room. $3 parking fee is so ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is the huge potholes in that parking lot. Pool has been closed for months. Nope! Won’t stay here again."
"I have stayed here multiple times over the years and have always had quality experiences at this Marriott property. Room was clean and the AC worked well. The only reason why I give service 4/5 stars, is that the elevator is old and small, and the indoor pool has been under construction or turned into a storage room for months."
"If you ever have to unexpectedly stay in Findlay, Ohio because of a car issue, and you need to be near the Toyota Dealership, this is definitely the place to stay. It’s within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants, and the staff, particularly Andy, are kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and my family all loved the variety of breakfast options. We only had to be in town one day (thankfully) but are glad we stayed at the Fairfield Inn."
"Best front desk service I have ever had. The cleaning crew and front desk were ready to go with our room keys made even at an early check in and they entered us into a drawing for free bonvey points; which I’ve never had. Rooms are clean, very modern feeling, and updated which makes the place feel comfortable in my opinion. Love the large desk in our room as we work on the road a lot. My only qualm is that the bathrooms are a little on the smaller side and the bathtubs have more of that older room feel. Would recommend and would stay here again."
"Our room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned , there was feces in the toilet , the sink looked as if it hadn't been cleaned . The glass doors to the shower which is right next to the toilet had something on the outside of the glass that was dried running down them ,. Our bed sheets were questionable if they had been changed . Then around 6:45 am my husband had just gotten out of the shower and was walking out to get his clothes when a man enrtered our room uninvited . We showed the front desk pictures of some of the things not cleaned. The front desk person was very nice and apologized. More than a $20.00 refund would have been appreciated."
