"We had a great experience at the Hancock Hotel! My daughter and I stayed in town for a girl’s weekend. Our valet, Charles, gave us great information about Findlay things to do, and made us feel very welcome! Our room was beautiful and clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!"

"When you first pull up to the entrance, you are immediately greeted by valet to assist you, very friendly and attentive, made me feel like royalty. As you enter the lobby you’ll notice the front desk, the attendant (Michael with the cool beard) was readily available to help you with any task or question. My girlfriend and I already made reservations for a 1 night stay prior to arriving, so check-in went smoothly. Upon entering our room, I felt a peace come over me, it was warm and inviting, exactly what we needed. The TV worked perfectly and the room was a cozy temperature. My one issue was the pillows.. they were either too hard or too soft, call me Goldilocks but I need something in the middle. Other than the pillows I would highly recommend Hancock Hotel to anyone who needs a little getaway for the weekend and explore downtown Findlay. 9/10"
"The hotel was super clean and the rooms were immaculate. The bed was also super comfortable. My only issue was the customer service. I'm a military veteran, and I asked if they offered a discount. The answer was, "I don't know". That's actually not an answer. While it wasn't the worse, it wasn't the best. For over $200 a night I expected better, but I'd still return because of the cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was decent."
