"Great place to live. Maintenance crew and office staff are friendly and get things fixed in a timely manner. The only thing I miss is having an assigned parking space."
"Lots of issues with frig. Finally resolved the problem after several work orders, months, and hundreds of dollars spent toward my electric bill do to the frig. Running continuously. Then an issue with blackhawk knowingly had and still has 2 electric meters attached to my apartment. Every month I still get an email from blackhawk that I owe anywhere from 120 to as high as 320 dollars for an electric bill that is linked to the meter for the common area. At first the office tried to say I hadn't paid my electric bill is why I was receiving these emails. Presented my electric bill and said my bill is not even due yet. I've been living there for a little over a year, when signing my new lease rent went up considerably. When I asked why she told me I have upgraded flooring. I said that flooring has been here since I have, you didn't up grade it while I've been here. Thanks to the maintenance man, Matt, I no longer pay hundreds a month do to a faulty refrigerator has been my only good experience."
