"Be careful with this place. If you park in a spot (not the spots marked reserved) the spot "owner" might have your car towed. I hope there aren't many tenants who are that mean to have a car towed after just 3 hours."

"The appartments and the premises are nice, but the prices are getting crazy. They are increasing rent "only for 5%" (like it's nice) if renewed for one year two month early. It's 10% every 6 month otherwise, which is 20% per year! I am not paying remotely the same price I was when arriving. They supposedly increase because of the market. Corporations like this one make the market! Meanwhile, electricity and water doubled in a year and a half, so now I pay $100 water and $150 electricity per month for a single eco-conscious person. They also added a new "offer": you get their credit card reporting your rent to credit agencies or you pay 5% fees on your rent. Greed at it's paroxysm! Be aware that the price you sign for will change significantly with time."
