"Be careful with this place. If you park in a spot (not the spots marked reserved) the spot "owner" might have your car towed. I hope there aren't many tenants who are that mean to have a car towed after just 3 hours."
"Jasmine was my amazing Leasing Consultant! She made sure my move in process was a good one! From day 1 she was very clear and informative! Any questions or concerns I had she had an answer for me! Her tour made me feel welcomed!! I’m Glad to be apart of the Canterbury Community!! Highly recommended!!"
"The appartments and the premises are nice, but the prices are getting crazy. They are increasing rent "only for 5%" (like it's nice) if renewed for one year two month early. It's 10% every 6 month otherwise, which is 20% per year! I am not paying remotely the same price I was when arriving. They supposedly increase because of the market. Corporations like this one make the market! Meanwhile, electricity and water doubled in a year and a half, so now I pay $100 water and $150 electricity per month for a single eco-conscious person. They also added a new "offer": you get their credit card reporting your rent to credit agencies or you pay 5% fees on your rent. Greed at it's paroxysm! Be aware that the price you sign for will change significantly with time."
"This place is amazing. Obviously the perks are endless but when I say we were needy at the time of lease - I mean we were a handful and a half! Jasmine and Ricky were amazing! I cannot thank them enough and am really grateful for such a beautiful place with great people running it!"
"I have been living in Canturbery since 2019 and I have been satisfied with this community. Especially, the maintenance is amazing! They are so quick to respond, kind, and an expert. Whenever I make a work request, they took care of it as if they are doing for their own house. And I feel so safe in this community. I am more than happy living in Canterbury apartment!"
