From the very start of the process with her needing to pull a broken tooth that had a massive root, Dr K still somehow seemed to get it out effortlessly and completely pain free. Actually the entire process has been pain free and I have been made to feel comfortable, confident, and even special in what was being done in each and every step along the way. However I'm pretty sure Dr K makes all her patients feel special. She truly seems to care and you can just tell she is doing everything right. The entire team is friendly and helpful. "Dr. Kay and her team are the absolute best of the best. They calmed every nerve I had with their great bedside manner. A fantastic team who knows what they are doing. I got a gum graft on three teeth and they were super gentle with the procedure. I was happy they were able to maneuver around my permanent retainer. They were there every step of the way with recovery and provided me with the proper care tools. Even polished my teeth and removed left over orthodontic cement that no one noticed for over a decade. The receptionists are also amazing. Always answered the phone immediately and were great with schedule flexibility. The surgery was pricey without insurance, but I looked up the codes and they are charging a fair market price. For the quality of care I received it is definitely worth every cent.
