"This place is shady about returning phone calls. Or picking up the phone. Or any kind of communication AT ALL. My kids haven't been to see the dentist in almost a year now because this place can't be bothered to pick up a phone or actually return a phone call properly. I had to reschedule my sons' appointment (in person, because what are phones, right?) because they were sick, and they rescheduled us for six months away. Well, they ended up sick on the next appointment, too. But I still haven't been able to reschedule anything because they won't pick up their phones, so I have to leave a message. But when they do call back, they let it ring once and then hang up, leaving a message that says to call them back... and then the cycle repeats ad nauseum. Just all around awful. I'm looking for a new dentist for them, because this is just unacceptable. Stay away from this place."
"Love this place!! Everyone you speak to from the moment you walk in the door is so friendly. My son (4) loves the dentist! Had an all around great experiences for both of his trips so far and we just signed our youngest up with an appointment. Definitely recommend this office!"
