"Scheduled a cleaning with their halfwit receptionist Bev. Took off work to go to the appointment and was told I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning. Mark examined my teeth for 15-20 seconds and sent me home. The bill came a couple weeks later."

"Although I attended this place for years with my mother until she passed, I will forever remember this as the place that, as I was grieving her loss, took my money, refused me service because my insurance "must be fraudulent" even after calling and confirming legitimacy with the insurance company, and refused to return my copay even with refusal of service. Absolutely the worst thing to go through at such a sensitive time. Hopefully that receptionist is long gone."
