"These guys will squeeze as much money as they can out of you. Went to cancel an appointment for my daughter that was right at the 24 hr notice mark, told me it would be a $75 fee, yet they let me cancel mine with barley any notice. Reason I needed to cancel is because they wanted everything up front paid for which would have been around $360 I believe. So they let me do a payment plan which was great... set it up for $113 one month, and $113 the next. I go to pay my first month, and the receptionist tells me my insurance paid more which was awesome! 2 seconds later said "oh, no they didnt, actually they paid less" so my payment plan went from $113 up to $164?!?!? How does that make sense after you told me $113 was what it was gonna be? Not to mention the dentist kept pushing me to do all implants rather than the dentures I currently have, which would have cost near $16,000 or more! Thanks but no thanks, you'll be getting no more money outta me."

"I went there for a check up, dr said I have 9 cavities. I go to another dentist to make sure there wasn’t a mistake, and this dentist told me I only have 2 cavities. I think for sure the second dentist is wrong so I go to another one and he also confirmed I only have 2 cavities. I have X-rays from all the doctor’s, including Gateway, and a paper telling me the price and where all the cavities were located. Honestly I can’t believe they were trying to scam me out of so much money. Stay away from this place!"

"Dr. Cueto and his staff are just wonderful! Myself and my entire family see him. I was just in for a cleaning today and Sabrina is so careful, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Additionally, just before Christmas Eve, I lost a crown (from a previous provider) and they fit me in to get it taken care of within just a day or so! I ended up needing a new crown, but he was able to mill it right in the office. I was in and out in just a couple of hours, and this with the office already incredibly busy. The staff work well together and I don’t recall having to wait because they’re running behind. I’ve also never had a problem rescheduling when life (inevitably) happens. I’m very happy here and would highly recommend!"

"Went in to have a molar fixed, I had a cavity and needed a crown. They repaired the tooth and fitted a crown, however the crown they made was too big and instead of correcting this mistake with a new crown, they decided to grind down the tooth above it - a good tooth - to make the crown fit. So I was on the fence to return. Reluctant I went back to have additional cavities filled that they said I had, unto which my entire mouth was sensitive for months after. The other problem I faced was the constant phone calls and text messages I received for an appointment, a ridiculous amount! At this point I was pretty sure I would not be returning to this office. I had an appointment to come in but was feeling unwell the morning of and being that they are a dentist I felt it would be best to cancel my appointment. They charged me $55 dollars for canceling. I can understand as I didn't provide 24 hours notice but with everything going around these days, come on. Today I went in to pay my bill and asked to be removed from their system, they said they couldn't do that but would place me as inactive. I also canceled my wife's as well as she too was tired of the harassing text messages and phone calls. They lost two clients today, the receptionist didn't ask why or what they could do to keep us, just an "ok, you're all set". The doctor and technicians were friendly, but grinding down a good tooth to make room for a crown because it was faster and easier for them is not acceptable."

"I just had my wisdom teeth taken out today. Doctor Cueto and all of the staff I have met have been absolutely wonderful. They are so caring, they make you feel relaxed but still keep it very professional. Holly made scheduling and figuring out insurance so easy and she was so helpful with all of the questions I had. The first day I had ever went here I had left in such an amazing mood just because of how they treated me. I highly recommend gateway dental."
