"We brought our daughter to Wooster Family Dental for a filling. From the moment we walked in the door we knew this office was different. McKenzie came up and introduced herself and brought us back. My daughter was very nervous at the thought of getting a shot. McKenzie put her at ease and when Dr Cortez came in, she also was very kind and gentle with her. Cortney at the front came back and presented treatment cost prior to completing the filling. I appreciate the effort in estimating our out of pocket to avoid any surprises later. This team was all very friendly and welcoming. They even gave my daughter a prize even though a filling was completed. She was excited! At our most recent visit we saw the office was voted #1 in the area! I encourage you to go experience it for yourself, they are not the typical dental office! They cared about our daughter. Jenessa is my usual hygienist and she is always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, relaxed, and informed. The Where’s Waldo poster she put on her ceiling is a great distraction for those occasional painful moments. Great idea!"
