"I have been going to Ark for several years now. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have a reactive/anxious dog but have never been made to feel like a bad pet parent for it, for which I am especially grateful. The prices of care are some of the best around, and their points program for discounted services is a great bonus! Scheduling is very simple and I’m always seen within a few days. My only complaint is that the building is VERY small, which can be challenging when sitting in the lobby with several other pets and owners."
