"Very disappointed with the receptionist today! Went on Feb 1st for some dental work for myself and my youngest son and made an appointment for my son to have a consultation with the orthodontist so he can get braces, same receptionist made his appt for 11:30 Feb 8th. I recieved not one but three text messages confirming this appointment. So I get to the appointment today and she is arguing with me that she told me 9-11 today, ummm no you didn’t! Not to mention I live 40 fkn mins from here what a waste of PTO time and gas, I will not go back there, every time I go there something always is messed up and it’s sad because I love the dentist herself she’s great!"

"Smells like mold. The scent stays in your clothes after you leave. Kids went for a cleaning and all she did was put fluoride on their teeth. When she needs to pull a tooth, she will numb you up and doesn't wait for the medication to take full affect. My child was given the shot, and IMMEDIATELY she pulled the tooth. I heard another child screaming in the back from pain. If you have an emergency and NEED work done ASAP, yes, it's worth it. Otherwise not worth it. There's a reason why it's sooo easy to get in to be seen."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. First let me say the STAFF, was amazing, the receptionist, and the dental assistant were amazing. My issue is with the actual dentist. I repeatedly reminded her that I was not fully numb. She said that's weird, after a few shots you should've been numb. So she tells Me to relax, and then goes in for the extraction. Again I told her that I was in pain and that I could still feel it. She again tells me to relax and goes to pulling at my tooth, which I can feel cracking everywhere in my mouth, once it's all the way out she does not clean it, let me do any rinsing nor does she suction out any of the blood in my mouth. She shoved a gauze in my mouth (not even places it correctly) and tells me to stand up and that it was done. I went to my car and I was leaking and gushing blood out of my mouth all over my face and clothes. I went BACK in to get help. She again tells me to relax and says "it's not even bleeding anymore" and places a second gauze in my mouth. So about a hour later, when I'm at home. I am leaking blood once again, and I go to add another gauze to stop the bleeding and I find a huge chunk of my tooth sitting in the back of my mouth that the dentist failed to remove with the rest of the tooth. Which I could've choked on. I will 100% report this place to whoever I can."

"I love Hayat Dental on West 117 Lorain. I been coming here for 8 years. When I have dental issues I can call them and they get me right in. The staff is friendly as well. There like family...I would recommend this place for anyone with dental needs...."
