"I am extremely satisfied with their services. I need an excessive amount of work done on my teeth. Some of the work consists of root canals, fillings, cavity removals, partial implants, teeth pulling & more. Today I went in & they did phenomenal work on my teeth. I’ve been so embarrassed to smile or to show my teeth & after today I am so pleased with the outcome. I was in tears by how much of a difference there was with my teeth. I’d also like to mention how tentative the dentist & the assistants were. The entire time I was asked over n over if I was comfortable, if I was in any pain, if I need to take a break, if I was thirsty & it amazes me bc you don’t see that often. I could tell they enjoyed their jobs and love what they do, that is so important. I’ve been to several dentist in the Cleveland area & none of them even compare to Westown dental."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Woke up in the middle of the night and my mouth was filled with blood. As I know I have a bad habit of grinding my teeth, I scheduled an appointment right away to get a mouth guard. The dentist was incredibly demeaning and refused to let me get a mouth guard. His reasoning was "the only reason you grind your teeth is because you play videogames." Went back for another cleaning after 6 months, this time saw someone who wasn't a complete idiot. Unfortunately, all they did was get me fitted for mouth guard and then poof I never heard back. I can literally FEEL the tension in my jaw that a mouth guard would relieve and they refused to help me. Hands down the most unprofessional and ill fitted doctors office staff I have ever worked with."

"This HAS TO BE THE BESTTTT DENTIST OFFICE in CLEVELAND OHIO ever very friendly understanding and helpful I went in for a emergency and even when the doctor and nurses were suppose to be on lunch break they helped me out , I was in so much pain and they took good gentle care thank you !"

"First time customer. The hygienist asked if I ever had Covid and then talked about how she traveled a ton during the “pandemonium” and that she loved New York but they’re all “brainwashed” there. Doesn’t inspire confidence in my health to have someone who is seemingly a pandemic conspiracy theorist digging around in my mouth. After barely getting a cleaning and waiting 10-15 minutes, the dentist came in, looked at my mouth, said it looked good and that I could leave. There was zero point for me even going when my teeth didn’t even get scraped because it “looked healthy.” I still want my teeth cleaned even if they are healthy…that’s why they’re healthy…"
