"The electricians were great. Although neither electrician was out of their apprenticeship. The 2 stars is only because the more experienced one was able to explain how to hook things up. Krote is ridiculously expensive and I'll never do business with them again. I had 1 ceiling fan installed, 1 bathroom exhaust/light, install motor for other bathroom light(which was suppose to be installed like the other bathroom but wasnt). There were no light switches installed because they wanted $57 per switch. My total for 2 complete installs minus the switch and half the exhaust/light in the other bathroom for...ready...$500! I even skipped 3 other installs because of the price around $1200. I'll wait the 2 months for my regular electricians who charged me that to run new wires from breaker to equipment and add a ceiling light that had no hole or wires running to it and I spent $425 that's with running new wires. Nope never again. What a rip off. No wonder their availability was such a short wait. Steer clear if your on a budget."

"VERY EXPENSIVE. A year ago, I noticed a stain under the floor near the toilet. Korte said they had to replace the wax seal, which they did ($320.00 - October 2022). A few months later, we noticed that, in fact, the leak had not been fixed. I called them again - of course, they did not want to admit any fault or give me any credit for the previous repair. On top of that, in less than a year, the same repair now costs a hundred dollars more: $420.00 to replace the wax seal. Completely ridiculous!!! I said, "No thanks", and did it myself. I will never call them again."

"It is a family business and has excellent service. They are very kind, polite and honest. When they close the shop they totally disconnected from the business. The best way to communicate with them is in person from 9am to 5pm, sometimes until 6 pm. I recommend them, they are the best professionals that I know."

"Originally spoke to someone for an estimate back in the end of February came out early March. They told me they could complete the work in early April. There were several delays and the work wasn’t completed until the middle of may. Also the project manager Adam I spoke with was extremely rude to me, and was poor with communication. For example I was told the work was scheduled in early April I got a date they told me it would take two days. When the workers were there they started talking about having a phase 1 and then coming back at a later date fo finish the work. No one told me about not having it finished before the workers were in my home. They also didn’t tell me the county would need access to the inside of my home without warning or an appointment until after we failed our first inspection because we were not home. Korte didn’t even tell me we failed inspection I called them because I was expecting a call back about coming back to finish the work. I told adam I wasn’t a fan of the poor communication and he sarcastically said “well I’m telling you now” Also one of their workers tripped in my attic and caused a massive hole in the ceiling of my dining room making me take an additional day off of work to be home for someone to fix it and they also didn’t tell their boss I called the following day. They also damaged our drywall in several areas including brand new drywall. For the final stage they were told to enter through the back door that was unlocked on the final day and they showed up tried to enter through the front door and left calling me an hour later to tell me they were working on another project and they could get back to me next week. I had to call and argue with the project manager and they did come complete the work as promised that day so we would have working outlets. The project manager also was rude to me for not picking up my phone immediately at 8am when I work late nights and that is the middle of the night for me. Also the workers when they were in my home asked me more than once when my husband would be home so they could speak to him. I hired them. I’m paying them not my spouse. Absolutely abhorrent behavior by all people I’ve been in contact with from this company."
