"Super nice store clerk, came in around midnight and got food poisoning from the fountain drinks. Just be cautious. That was the only thing I had for hours so I wouldn’t post unless I was sure, I got a slushie + fountain soda/water so unsure of which was the cause."
"Rob and his team are awesome at what they do, provide excellent customer service and are always going above and beyond to be an honest and fair service provider. I highly recommend coming here if you need a trustworthy and reliable independent service garage."
"If you are searching for an honest and fair mechanic who does fantastic work at a great price then look no further than Rob at Blue Ash Shell! He truly goes above and beyond in taking care of our vehicles. Multiple times now I’ve dropped off my car and a pile of new parts that I guessed would fix the problem and each time he has only done what was necessary, returning unneeded new parts back to me (instead of just going along and doing needless work). He has also charged me basically nothing for a brake job ($60) because I had it in 5 months previously and there was something wrong with my car causing it to burn the outside pad of one wheel - his quote “it wasn’t our fault but it wasn’t your fault either so we’ll take care of you”. Seriously go here for all your mechanic needs, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks, Rob!"
"My son has been getting gas here for years. Two weeks ago he was driving my car and it got a flat so he pulled in and asked if they could fix it. A guy asked him “How much you got?” and my son replied he only had $20. The guy asked for it but then the other worker there said “He’s just joking with you.” So they “fixed” my tire, disposing of my tire sensor and putting a new stem in. Today my son was getting gas and the guy came out and bear hugged him and grabbed the cash out of my son’s hand- cash that was going to be for gas because we still thought the “fix” was a favor. My son ended up calling the police and witnesses stayed to attest what happened. Since when is it EVER okay to put your hands on someone, much less take their money out of their hands, ESPECIALLY when they are a customer that has been coming to you for years?!? NOT OKAY. Then they told police that my son took off and didn’t pay when they “fixed” the tire. If he really thought the guy was serious and that he owed and “took off”, why would he come back to buy gas again two weeks later? And for all that guy knew, maybe my son was bringing the cash in to pay if he really thought we owed. Not okay to BULLY anyone, much less your customers. Incidentally, the “fixed” tire was flat the next day and since they threw my sensor away I had to pay $65 for a new sensor plus buy a new tire. Do not go here."
"I've been taking my cars to Rob's shop for years, ever since my boss Scott recommended them. The prices are always fair and the job is done right in a timely manner. Today Ryan rescued my husband and I when we were trying to get my flat tire off at the air pump. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, though the shop was closed, just because he saw we needed the help! This is the reason why I recommend your shop to everyone I know. Thanks guys!"
