"I had a potentially big issue with my car, so I dropped it off at Hyams Auto (my first experience). I also had the team take a look at a few other issues. The next morning, I received a call and we walked through each potential issue to try and determine if it was worth fixing or push it to the future. This is an approach that I really respect as a consumer. There were no fear tactics and I did not feel like I was being pushed to perform repairs that didn't need to be done. This is the type of company I can trust, which is extremely important when it comes to auto repairs. They will be the first call I make next time I have an issue with any of my vehicles."

"Amazing experience!! Took my car in with multiple issues, the problem was a little bigger than we initially suspected and even though he couldn’t fix it, he referred me to several people who he knew could and didn’t even charge me for looking at it! Took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with it and why he couldn’t do the job himself (it needed some VERY expensive equipment that most people don’t need him to have). Super nice, honest guy and the girl working the front counter was so sweet!"

"I've known Charlie (owner) for more than 20yrs, and thankfully nothing has changed other than possibly our amount of grey hairs! Charlie is still incredibly knowledgeable, honest, fair, and communicates everything up front so you have zero surprises. I trust Charlie with my vehicles implicitly, and something I can say that I wouldn't necessarily say about any other shops or mechanics, I would trust sending my young adult daughter to Charlie, and know she's going to be treated like every other customer(fairly, respectfully) and not taken advantage of for lack of vehicle maintenance knowledge. Unfortunately I've dealt with this many times at many shops, junkyards etc. This is def not something you have to worry about with Hyams Auto."
