"Morgan and her newly hired assistant were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Performed all the asked for services in a timely manner. Also gave good advice on future service that may be required on my 2013 Suburban. I am of no relation to these employees of Jiffy. Have been to other locations and received good service, but none better than by this location and its employees."

"Came looking for Anthony or someone with the name starting with a J. This is my second attempt looking for them. They were amazing. Neither were there. This is not the first time I have been assisted by a Emily who kept saying their systems were “down” and would only take cash. This is the second time I have had this happened with the same person. Doesn’t give a receipt. Does not know what she is doing. I left and HAD AN OIL LEAK! due to I guess Emily? Not tightening the bolt. Do not go here! Super shady. Won’t give receipts and now each time only take “cash” I never write reviews but after dealing with the same issues multiple times by the same employee. Something should be done."
