"I took my car in for new brakes and an oil change. It was my first time and last time using them. After I got my car back, the car started making a constant noise coming from my brakes (when driving without applying the brakes). A couple days later, I took it to tire discounters for new tires and asked them to look at the brakes due to the noise. They said that the brakes were not done correctly and had it not been discovered, the brakes would not have lasted long. They fixed the issue for free. We called Tater's Kenridge the next day and explained what we were told by Tire Discounters. They did not care, did not offer an apology, just basically said ok, bye. Terrible experience. "Old school in a good way. It was like I stepped into a time portal to a late 80s - early 90s auto shop. The front desk was helpful and provided great service. Prices were fair on an oil change a tire rotation that beat local competitors oil change price. They were fast and efficient."

"Tater is a great mechanic as well as an honest man. They are also a full service shop; they will get new tires from the AAA tire shop down the street, while the car is in their shop. So you can get a tune-up or something fixed and resolve tire problems all at the same time for a good price. One of my favorite things is that they will drive the car around to finally hear that noise that is driving me crazy. So often people tell me that the car wasn't doing the bad thing it does when they took it to the mechanic; so it didn't get fixed. But Tater takes the time to find that noise, so it does get fixed. He loves his job and it really shows in the fabulous work he does."
