Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"For years, this store efficiently handled my oil changes with minimal issues. However, during my recent visit in early December 2023, after requesting a tire rotation, I was informed that one tire had a pressure of 19 psi, with a suggestion of a possible leak. Despite asking them to fill the tires and proceed with the rotation, the tire pressure warning activated 20 minutes later after leaving the store. Seeking assistance at Tires Plus, they found that only one tire had been checked and filled to 35 psi, while the others remained at 20 psi. Additionally, Tires Plus noted an oil spill in the engine compartment, indicating a lack of cleanliness during the oil change by Valvoline. Despite expressing my concerns on Valvoline's website, there has been no response. Regrettably, this experience has led to my decision to no longer be a Valvoline customer."

"Got my oil changed here many years ago and have never gone back. They drained my radiator by mistake but didn't refill. I only found out while driving on I 71 and overheated. Cost me a $90 tow. Maybe they had someone working there at the time who is gone by now, hopefully."
