"This place is a joke. I came in to purchase a toolset for a buddy of mine with his account which I’ve done multiple times at different locations with no issues so he could save money using his discount (I even had his card). When I explain the situation the guy behind the counter began to practically Interrogate me like I was a criminal about frauding the system for my personal gain. He did this kinda loud in front of 2 other employees and multiple customers embarrassing me to the point I should have just walked out. I’ve never been humiliated like this in any business by fair. I still purchased the toolset and after telling my buddy about what happened he is very upset and because of it all he refuses to accept the tools. Because of this I’m going to be returning the toolset and never shopping with Autozone."
