"Struts failed in 4 months. Not one but both. Had a tech from Ford put them on. So it was a professional install. I had to have replacements installed in a hurry. The first store I called had a new employee and couldn't find my warranty. The second store told me to wait for the manager who worked the next day. Had to work the next so I purchased them from another parts house. They were cheaper. I purchased Monroe witch is actually an upgrade from the duralast branding. Which is actually a Sen Sen. A cheap knock of brand. I was told warranties are for exchanges. I don't want an exchanges I want to return a defective cheap part. Why would I want to put another set of knock off struts on my car that failed in 4 months. I worked at an autozone. It's funny how.when it's a customer it's go all out . When it's an x employee it's tough luck. Thanks autozone and Anthony Lewis you did exactly the thing that made me leave after 6 years. I do promise you this. I will never slander your name to the customers we share like you have done to me. What I will do is give 120 percent to my customers. If I have to get up at 5 am to be at my customers door to deliver s part I will. If I have to drive around town after work to find the right part I will. I will get up on my day off and take donuts to service righters and parts managers just to say hi. It's people customers buy from and I am a better person. I don't want anything from you. You can keep my warranties. But you can bet if I went from 400k to 1.25 million once bet how hard I will work now that you did me dirty. ✌️ . And I will do it with class and dignity."

"Well it is what it is it's an auto parts store. I usually have what you need but you better double-check your stuff if they pull it for you cuz sometimes it isn't right. They gave my sister the wrong headlight one time. Also one time they tested my battery and told me it was bad but I knew better and I took it to another location that charged it up for me and it's been working fine ever since"

"This AutoZone Auto Parts is one of the best I have had a great experience at. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with what I needed. First of all I'm 2,000 miles from home and my truck battery is dead. Thank God my warranty was still good and my battery was covered so I didn't have to pay for anything. Not only did the manager on duty, Jarod? help me out, but he was super polite, professional and courteous. He runs this store in a professional way. His store is very clean both inside and outside as well."
