"I was going to rotate the tires here. The front tires were so worn out that they had to be moved to the rear. I didn't want to change the tires because I was going to sell my car soon. However, the staff here kindly informed me that in this case, it is better not to change, and I fully understood his experienced knowledge, and I was able to save my money. This is truly an honest and friendly place. From now on, light maintenance will only be handled here."

"Great experience! Appreciate the military discount as well. Update: got my truck home and it dripped a puddle of oil three feet long on my driveway. People here are great, but if you ask me to leave you a 5 star review at checkout while you watch, you better be able to back it up with 5 star service. That didn’t happen and now I have a stain on my driveway as a permanent reminder. There’s too many oil change options for me to come back to this place."

"Employees at this store were friendly. My only concern was the price for the oil change and the price of the tire rotation. Way over priced $109 for oil and $39 for tire rotation. I will not be back and I will not recommend to anyone. If asked I will say that jiffy lube is overpriced. I should have known this when the other oil change place next to it were booked and jiffy lube had no customers but me. I won’t be back."

"While driving for work, my car started making unusual noises. Stopped at the first two car care shops I came to and was told they didn't have time to listen to the noise. Rob (manager) popped my hood and found the problem in 30 seconds or less. He dispatched a crew member to pick up the serpentine belt I needed, and replaced it within about 45 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and a fair price. I left the shop relieved to be back on the road again and very impressed by Rob and his staff! Thank you!"

"I visited this location days ago for tire rotation. It was very convenient because you do not need to set up a schedule. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of service. I am not sure if it was because I use the coupon they offer online for the tire rotation or I did not request other type of service. After the tire rotation service, there were a LOT of scratches on all of my wheels by the lug nuts. I did a tire rotation service with another shop before but they never left any scratches. When I arrived home, I found more upsetting issue. The person who parked my car outside after the service left a grease stain inside by the car door area. Although it was small, but the stain is on a cloth based covering."
