"Went in for 4 new tires. After some miscommunication on my end, as well as when the tires were initially ordered, things were made right. All of the guys were very friendly and professional the entire time. From ordering, hearing of the issues, and correcting the issues, every guy was great to deal with. Special shoutout to Mike and Nick for making sure things were taken care of properly and that I left feeling confident the situation had been handled properly. I realize I can be a difficult customer sometimes, and Mike was amazing at making sure I felt heard and making sure I knew they were going to handle the situation properly. "Great place to go if you don’t need your car all day, have the time to go back once a month so they can fix what they broke, or if you want to pay to have things repaired that never needed repaired in the first place. Got new tires in July, had to go back less than two weeks later for another alignment, but I was in luck. Apparently, I paid $40 for a years worth of alignments. Two months later I brought my car back because the tires were leaking. After about five hours, they called and told me all four tires were leaking from the bead and valve stem. Thankfully, they fix their mistakes for free. If they tell you something needs repaired/replaced when you go to pick it up, and they most likely will, take it to Midas for a second opinion."
