"I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 am on 11/24/23 to have my oil changed, tires rotated and to have an air leak inspected. I left my vehicle there and did some errands in the meantime. I returned at 11:50 am and was told that my vehicle was not ready and that the employees were all on lunch break. As I was leaving, I noticed my vehicle in lot and I assumed that it had not been serviced for anything yet. I returned at 1:45 pm and noticed my vehicle was still in the same position and when I talked to the service employee, he stated that the vehicle was finished. So I am assuming that the vehicle had been done but that there was nobody there to verify that it was finished due to everyone being on lunch break. Furthermore, as I paid for the services, I was told that I was being charged for 2 lights that were damaged. I do not go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced, so to be charged for the dealerships negligence is absurd to me. I never received a phone call to inform me that my vehicle was done at any point in time as well. This place is one of the worse customer service facilities that I have ever been to and will never come back again. It should not take 4 hours to have simple routine maintenance done, especially if an appointment is made in advance."
