"Had the parts in stock that I needed, didn't have to wait like at other stores. Staff was very helpful."
"Called on Sunday about spark plugs. They didn't have enough of the ones I needed, but told me they would be there by noon. I told them that I would pick them up Monday on the way out. Got there before 2 oclock,and they didn't have them. Was then told that they would be there by 3. Went back at 5 o'clock, and still didn't have them. I had to wait obout 35 minutes to get what I was told would be ready for pickup 29 hours earlier. The person who was supposed to take care of it was very rude and disrespectful. It's a shame how that store is run. Never had a problem with other Oriellys."
"I always have a pleasant experience at the O’Reilly store on Navarre. Today I had an issue installing my brake light. I stopped by this particular store to ask for assistance with it. Without any hesitation, Corey came to look at it, grabbed a tool and quickly installed the light bulb with no problems. He even took the time to make sure it worked properly before I left! That’s what great service is all about! Thank you so much Corey and thanks to all the other staff I’ve encountered on my many visits! Blessings to you all!!"
"Needed my check engine light diagnosed. They scanned it, let me know what showed up. Was very polite, and fast. Purchased the spark plugs I needed. I personally don't like most Auto Part places, being a woman. But they didn't talk down to me, and was polite in service. Would recommend and will be back for future purchases."
