"Unprofessional. I have worked in the automotive industry as a commissioned technician doing mechanical work and I was immediately put off by the demeanor and attitude by the tech and the service writer. I was told my "car smelled like gas and they can't work on it" with further explanation. I asked politely for my keys. Would not return if I was stranded in the lot. I purchased two tires from tire rack and have never been more okay with spending an extra $40 for a similar product. Summit auto repair installs customer tires. If you're from the area, save yourself the trouble and check Tire Rack!!"
"I was texted on 12/30 that my tires were ready for pick up. I was told they are in the store but not at the counter. I was told to come back the next day. I went back 12/31 and was told again to come back the next day during the noon hour. I came back 1/1 and was told again that I could not have my tires installed. Would NEVER visit again"
"Was an amazing visit. I just needed my wheels balanced and my battery tested! While waiting I did some shopping. So 2 birds with one stone kind of a thing, I guess. Did a wonderful job on the tire balancing but I couple weeks later I had to replace my battery they said was good. It had a bad cell and they did not catch it. Either way they did their best. Thank you for the fun visit."
