"Back when Denise was my agent and it was Martin & Martin Ins., it was a great local insurance company to do business with. Even after Denise retired and the company was sold to Sprouse Ins., we soon developed a good trust relationship with our new agent, Rhonda Kowalski. However, as time went on over a very short period, we started seeing changes in how Sprouse handled themselves, as a corporation. Just recently, I have been trying to contact my agent, Rhonda Kowalski, since Friday 9/29/2023, and had not received a call back, so I decided to swing by her office in Oregon, Ohio and saw a sign on the door window indicating that the office had been closed, and to call the Genoa office. I called there and was told that Rhonda was not relocating to that office. I wonder if the people who make the decisions at Sprouse consider the fact that there is a TRUST relationship that is developed over many years of faithful service, between clients and agents. It is not just about having someone to answer the phone. My wife and I will need to take a much more serious look into whether we trust Sprouse to continue handing our insurance needs for us. Very disappointing. The least of which is that Genoa is NOT a convenient location for people living in Toledo. Very poor decision in my honest opinion."
