"May 2022 - Purchased a vehicle for 25k from this dealership - 6k down Before purchasing it, they made a work order stating they were going to replace the front shock & struts and give it an interior & exterior detail. After waiting about a week or two for these parts to come in, I gave them a call and they had forgotten to even order them. A little annoying, but it was whatever. I just wanted the parts for the vehicle and they ordered them that same day. About a week went by until they got the parts and set up the appointment to replace the current shocks and struts and then detail it. I pick the car up, no cleaning whatsoever. The car still was making the same exact noise as it was before. I went back in, said something to Nate (who really needs to work on his attitude), and he tells me the Mazda guy won't be back in til next week and we could do the detail then. Told me to call or stop in again next week.. which I did, and he still wasn't there. I purchased the vehicle in May of 2022 and Nate gave me the run around til about August or September til I stopped bugging them completely. I recently reached back out to try and warranty the shocks and struts out so I could just take them to my mechanic (who confirmed that they did not install them properly or installed defective ones) to get them done PROPERLY. And of course as expected, it has been weeks since I have called and no follow up from Nate. 6/22 - To top it off, it ended up being more than shocks and struts and that was why the suspension was still making noises (which Nate or anyone refused to listen to with me). The car blew out a control arm and pretty much most of the suspension parts which caused the damage to the shocks I wanted to warranty. Luckily I was just pulling out of my driveway or it could have been a deadly situation, which they are very lucky it was not. Aside from the terrible experience with the shop, Christy was my saleswoman when I did buy the vehicle and she was great. The lady who runs the credit department is just as amazing and was very helpful with my buy and very educating. But, I really regret coming here and I wish I would've taken my hard earned money somewhere else. ** Edit. 6/23 I called them again over the summer in another attempt to warranty my quick struts and after a conversation with one of the sales reps, they said they'd pass my info along to upper management and id get a call back. Once again, no call back and not the slightest bit of followup. It is understandable that they are not in control of the vehicles they sell, but they put fourth no effort to reprimand promises that they do not follow up on."
"We had a wonderful experience. Every one, especially Nick, were so helpful. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a car!"
"Bought a used 2014 Mustang with multiple previous owners and about 33k on the odometer in November 2019, had to drive multiple hours to the dealership after finding the vehicle listed online. 3 and a half years and 30k more miles later, the vehicle has required nothing but regular checkups, is exactly what I wanted and paid for (and has been paid off for quite some time), and completed a multi day long journey both ways earlier this year. Dealership has a nice segment of their business catering to folks like me with used flips that, at least in my experience, was a great deal for both the seller and the buyer. Had to be one of their easiest sales, I was committed long before I stepped foot in the dealership and they knew it but I was still treated fairly and sold a great vehicle."
"Don’t take your vehicle here for service! We had our vehicle there three times and the detail job was still not complete. The third time we went back to get our vehicle, the detail guy came out and cussed and swore at us. He went back in and a manager came out and also cussed at my husband and got in his face yelling. He stated what do you expect, it’s just a used vehicle. They refused to give us our money back, because they did SOME work on it. Yet they claim they did the whole job. We paid for a job they did not complete. As you can see in the pictures, the dirt and debri are still there in obvious places."
