"After looking long and hard for a vehicle for over a month and a half I finally found one and purchased it from Nate at Thayer Ford. From the start to finish he made the whole process seamless and super easy. I saw the truck listing on Facebook marketplace around 8:30pm central time and messaged Nate. He immediately responded and he is in eastern time so it was 9:30pm. I was shocked. I am in bowling green KY so driving just to look at the truck was out of the question so I requested more pictures and a walk around video of the truck and Nate told me he would get them for me as soon as he got back to the dealership the following day. Sure enough at 7:30am the next day he send me a detailed video and multiple extra pictures. Once I decided I liked the vehicle we proceeded to work on a deal. Nate and I quickly agreed to terms on a very fair price and with a small deposit he agreed to hole the truck for me for 3 days until I could make the 12 hour round trip to get the truck. Fast forward 3 days when I arrived I found that the truck was exactly as listed and in near perfect condition especially for a 3 year old vehicle. Nate already had all the paperwork ready to complete the purchase when I arrived and I was in and out in less than an hour including the time it took for a test drive. He even had the truck detailed and filled up the tank for me. All in all it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I highly recommend Nate and Thayer ford for your vehicle needs."

"Ordered a Maverick with Thayer Ford and received it a couple of weeks ago. Overall, my experience with the two salesmen Chris (retired) & Jim were very positive. They did a great job with being honest about the sales process and what the wait times are going to be for the order. I appreciate their honesty way more than empty promises. That being said, I had overall good experience with the finance department. While I understand the nature of their work, they weren’t too aggressive with their extended warranty sales pitch as I’ve seen with other dealerships. Additionally, the price was fair and honest such maintaining price protection on the order. Overall I gave Thayer Ford five stars due to their integrity as a dealership."
