"I called at 8:30am and told Pete about my coolant leak after my daily driver/work truck started overheating. "Bring it in and we'll take a look at it." Within 5 minutes, it was diagnosed (radiator leak) and quoted. They were able to do the work immediately and get me back on the road a few hours later.
