"Tractor supply has always in the past been a great place to shop but recently in Bowling Green Ohio I'm not sure what changed it's almost as if they don't want you as a customer I ask about price matching got a huge run around I ask about a product they told me to wait until they were done with what they would doing in to my surprise that was stocking a shelf I did not wait I left went to a competitor who does price match in actually treated me like a customer listen to what I said talk to me about the product that was interested in made me feel good about spending money could not get that from tractor supply sadly I may find a new place to shop when looking for products that they have I will give them a second chance but I will not go out of my way to go there,,, ,24 May 2022 on my way home I just needed a $3 retaining pin for my tractor he did not see the price for it and the book asked if I would go get the SKU number I told him no so instead of calling for help to get the SKU number he started taking care of other customers just left me in the dark standing there when they opened a second cash register I went to it and they did not want to take care of me because I had nothing in my hands although without trying to buy was sitting on the counter beside him not a good place"

"I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help with anything, and was told that they would appreciate it if we practiced good social distancing. I take personal precautions anyway but it was a refreshing way for it to be stated, a suggestion rather than a command. All the employees I saw had face coverings and the store seemed clean and tidy. It was one of the best visits I've had to any store recently."

"It's what you expect from Tractor Supply. Lots of support items to run a mini Farm or take care of your pets and cowboy needs. They have tools and supplies and feed for just about every domestic animal you can think of. The new manager is friendly and the staff is nice and helpful. Will go there again."
