"I walked in and the individual working was sitting on his phone doing personal paperwork of some sort so I had to wait. He then was unable to help with my problem I had with a return and told me too bad. Having ordered parts online from AutoZone they were low quality and the paint/coatings did not even match making me think they were built in different places with different standards. AutoZone needs to step it up if they do not want people going to a different parts store down the street or just simply shopping RockAuto. Also, AutoZone promotions online are not honored in the store which pushes me to shop at a better online store. Sad place here."

"The autozone associates at the bowling green store all need a raise they are aways willing to help there customers out with anything Logan took my dead car battery out charged it to see if I needed a new battery unfortunately I did he put the new one in and even replaced a bulb for my low beam headlight out in this horrific cold weather thanks I appreciate u guys"
