It’s amazing what a 5 minute conversation with a stranger can do for you!! She completely turned my day around. A perfect example of amazing customer service!!"

"Was just going to post a star rating until I read the other reviews. Wow. Who are you people? I use the photo department and pharmacy all the time and they're always on point. Fast, friendly, courteous. I'm sincerely wondering if some of the other reviews here are about some other Walgreens store or perhaps a fever dream they had. Dubious. These reviews absolutely do NOT line up with the store I visit every other day. For real. I wouldn't go there as often as I do if it was even remotely shady, let alone as hilariously terrible as these reviews pretend it is. Looking at the reviews, it seems suspicious that they're targeting people by name in wild, meandering rants, not to mention complaining about the pharmacy when it's clear that they're not getting the medication they want. In what sci-fi landscape would a contemporary and consistently-busy Walgreens have to exist to have overt racism going on? And even if that were true, why complain about it in a Google review? Just contact the company instead of threatening lawsuits. Astounding. But all I can say is that I like this place a lot, I don't know anyone there, I don't work for the company, and the location is definitely not the Wild West free-for-all these other idiots say it is. It's a perfectly fine, normal Walgreens in a Middle America suburb."

"Stopped by this location as it was convenient for my Saturday errands and my return indicated this was the closest location that can take a FedEx return service. As I walk up to the photo center there's a line and hear Donna Smith's overt friendliness to the customers in front of me. As I reach my turn I ask, "Do you have a FedEx drop-ff service?" Donna proceeds to look at me straight and a rude tone said, "Yes, but I don't have tape. Let me look." In a quick two step back and forth says, "I don't have tape you can go to another FedEx drop off instead." No friendliness towards me. No other words were spoken; was just turned away for service and told to go elsewhere because as a Walgreens location that offers FedEx Drop-Off service, it's UNHEARD OF that they have tape (sarcasm here). I walk merely a few steps and find Brooke at cosmetics and asked if she had tape, and without any second thought or hesitance said, yes! She walked to the back counter and gave me packing tape and EVEN said here I can scan the QR code here with you. WOW!!!! Meanwhile Donna Smith yells over, "I don't have tape" while continuing her friendliness with other customers. I asked Brooke for the store Manager Will Eldridge who received my unsatisfactory complaint. As I get to my car I begin to read all of the existing reviews for this store and I am ASTONISHED at what I read. Yes, I am a person of color and it is sickening that this has happened to people before me AT THIS STORE BY THE SAME PEOPLE, and how it continues. Yes, I will be continuing to share this experience in every forum I can, to protect future Walgreen's customers."

"The manager is a racist and so is the lady on register! I watched them both greet white people with Welcomes and Smiles and even told them as they left the store have a great day. I guess I’m too dark to be greeted by these employees! When I told them I wanted the corporate number to complain how I watched them greet all these people who walked in after me and as they left the manager began to get an attitude and says she doesn’t agree with me. Sure you don’t bc I called out the racism and will continue to do so! For them to only greet white people is unacceptable!!! Do better and be nice to EVERYONE no matter what color they are! Today the ladies are telling all the customers to go to the photo area to be rung up. Got an attitude simply bc I suggested they put up a sign so customers don’t keep walking to the registers just to be told to get out the line and go to photos. Some of these people have trash attitudes! It’s CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!!"
