"Do better at customer service! The Cashier just told me Ross has an issue with bags as she tired to give me my items to carry! That’s the most tackiest thing to tell someone no name tag on either. So I don’t know her name but her attitude needs to be better! customers are always first!! I won’t be giving Ross another penny since they so concerned about bags.Oh yeah not to mention the store is always a mess!!"
"I was so excited to find a Ross but was disappointed by the unkept and messy store. There was only one checkout open which wasn't a problem since I didn't have to wait that long. There seemed to be a number of employees that weren't actually doing anything ... just wandering around. Selection was picked over and racks and shelves were empty or messy."
