"They aren’t professional when it comes to closing time at 10:00PM They always close half an hour before time at 09:30PM , was there at 9:30PM and they didn’t let me come in!! Even tho i told them i need only one item all it takes is 10mn before even 10pm but didn’t let me! Where is the manager he/she should be responsible for this Unfortunately I’m so Disappointed!"

"Disappointed with finding anything I liked. Not really much to choose from, in my opinion. The couple things I did find were pretty expensive. We also had to change up front and no place to hang up what we didn't want, like "normal" - pretty irritating. The "warden" was not too friendly - course I'm sure her job sucks BUT not everyone that walks into their store is there to rip them off. Will go to a different Burlington next time."

"Love love love, Burlington coat factory. If you've never been, give it a shot, it's like a cheaper version of TJ Maxx. You can find women's children's and men's clothes, shoes and undergarments. They have a fine selection of coats and pajamas also. They also have a great selection of home decor and kitchen items. All in all this is a great store for anything. I highly recommend it. Burlington is the best to do some last minute Christmas shopping for anybody in your life. You can also find quick items like chargers, gift bags, and beauty items. When we were here they also had some amazing deals on fragrances. They have name brand fragrances at discount prices. They also have a pretty great selection of bags/ purses."

"I would like to tell you before you buy something ask for return. I had a pack of underwear for my son who is 3 years old, and I bought him size 4. He couldn’t try them at the store. I took them at home, and they didn’t fit him. I tried to return them , and the supervisor Alexis was rude to me and she didn’t want to take them back. She told me why you didn’t ask when you bought them. It’s my fault now! I won’t recommend this place. I never had any problem with other stores like marshals."

"Every time I come here, the shelves are empty and everything, everywhere.. so I started coming less frequently. The one day I finally try to come and check it out it’s closed early? I mean I get the short staffed situation cause their lines are very very long with MAYBE 2 cashiers max.. but anyways in google maps it says 11pm, On the door it says 10pm and then on this paper it says 8pm.. yet all lights are on and I see people just chatting by the door inside.. not fair for people who traveled far.. even if I’m local I’m going based off google hrs since I’m sure you Burlington is who updates them.. if not, google can you Update this maybe? Idk. Good luck on staffing. I’ll still do my clothes donations here at drop off that’s super over filled."
