I specifically shop here because they have clothing that fits my tall but skinny frame, and designer clothes for probably 1/5 of the price you'd expect to pay. "Indira was amazing! It was the best customer service experience I have had in a retail setting in years. She ran to the back ti help in the fitting room. She took the time to hang the garments all facing toward me. She also checked me out at the front and told me about other sales they had during the week and showed me some beautiful earing and necklace sets that were in boxes. She smiled the white time. Tryku a great experience. Customer service just sucks most places. People act annoyed bybyou being there. She also greeted every person that walked in. I hope you all realize what a gem you have . "Bad experience. rude workers. Usually love these stores and have even been to this one a few times. First the manager came to us and scolded for carrying a drink in. Ok, we took them all the way back to the car. Next was the dressing room, we always like sharing a room. We swap sizes around, we're sisters, but they made a huge deal about that. And the manager and her trained puppet assistant spent 3 minutes and counted like 5 times to be extra sure my sister had 10 items. Ridiculous. My sis ended up needing me to help her fasten a dress so I was able to go in, I just stayed in because I didn't want to open the door while she was naked. The worker knocked 4 times asking if we were done and that they were closing in 30 minutes... Rude! We felt like criminals and were trying to have a good shopping trip."
