"I love this store! I’ve recommended to many people. Up til today that is. They may as well called me a liar!! Yesterday when I shopped there I asked if the electric fireplace & solar lights didn’t work could I return them? I thought he said 3 days but it’s 2 days which really wasn’t the point because it was the very next day. I bought 2 boxes of 6 solar lights in each box for a total of $50. If I had been told I couldn’t return them I would never of bought them in the first place. That’s why I asked. Well couldn’t take my word for it! Had to open both boxes & test them all. I mean putting them together after taking them out of wrapping. Anyway that was very time consuming & then had to call person who told me day before I could return if didn’t work. Then I guess I got thrown under the bus coz he said he didn’t say that Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? To get lectured about their return policy as if I was stupid . Well it had to be something you plug in to electricity. That has a cord on it. No I asked If I could return before purchasing!! So very rude & not very Christian either!!! 9-17-23, l wasn’t going to add anymore but since there’s no response I think I should mention that the day before when I purchased those solar lights they had forgotten to put a shower head I had purchased in my bags. I was so frustrated I completely forgot. I had called when I got home that day & said it was missing. I was told oh yea I remember oh it’s right here. Just bring in your receipt & you can get it. Well that’s $40 lost!!"
"There's no way you cannot find something that you want or need. Everyone in the store is so friendly, so helpful and very kind. I go here often. The prices are so reasonable. They take pride in the things are selling. It's very clean. There's no clutter. I just love it here."
